Ordering

Which website should I order from?: USA customers: please order via usa.climaxbooks.com All other countries: please order via climaxbooks.com
Can I change or cancel my order?: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you’ve selected an incorrect shipping address or size, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before the order is processed, but updates cannot be guaranteed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?: Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we’ll look into it.
What size am I?: Sizing information can be found on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Do you restock sold-out items?: Some items are restocked, others are limited or one-of-a-kind. For selected Climax Wearables, we may offer pre-orders when a restock is planned. If available, this will be clearly noted on the product page.

What is the shipping cost for my order, and when will my order be sent out?: Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We ship orders every Tuesday, with express orders going out the next working day.
Do you ship to my country?: Climax ship to most locations worldwide, just make sure you are on the correct website. USA customers: please order via usa.climaxbooks.com All other countries: please order via climaxbooks.com
Where are orders shipped from?: International orders are shipped from our London store. US orders are shipped from our New York store.

What are your accepted payment methods?: Climax accepts all major credit and debit cards. Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?: At this time, we offer gift wrapping in-store only.
Are you accepting wholesale or collaboration enquiries?: We are always open to thoughtful proposals. For wholesale or collaboration enquiries, please contact info@climaxbooks.com.
Do you accept book submissions?: We do not accept book submissions in person, either in-store or by drop-off. If you would like us to consider a title, please email a PDF and relevant details to info@climaxbooks.com or nyc@climaxbooks.com.
Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we are only able to respond to proposals we are interested in stocking.
Do you buy second-hand books?: Yes. If you have something you think belongs at Climax, please email us at: info@climaxbooks.com or nyc@climaxbooks.com. Please note we are not able to respond to every enquiry.
